You & Co invites you to world’s first fully inclusive fun push/run

Sunday 4 September 2016 - At the Olympic Park

Parallel London is the first fully inclusive and accessible fun push/run and free family festival for everyone. It’s happening at the Olympic Park in London on Sunday 4 September.

Disabled and non-disabled people unite to run, walk, wheel, push or be pushed in a series of races – anything goes and all ages and abilities are welcome. You can help raise money for You & Co by signing up to a race. Or you could even nominate a friend, parent or teacher to take part!

There are five different challenges: 100m, 1K, 5K, 10K and Super Sensory 1k. You’re welcome to use whatever it takes to finish the course, from day, electric and racing wheelchairs to race-runners, walking frames and children’s buggies. Anyone who needs a helping hand is welcome to bring a buddy to push, guide or accompany you free of charge. There are no cut-off times so everyone will be celebrated for crossing the finish line.

There’ll also be a family festival with lots of accessible attractions, from the fun and quirky to the ground-breaking and life-changing - and best of all, it’s free! So sign up and bring your parents, family and friends along for a great day out.

If you want to take part in a challenge, the registration fee is just £25 and we ask people to just raise as much as they can. If you’d rather be a spectator then just come along on the day to join in the fun – it’s free!
